LetLedger provides tools for tracking rent, expenses, compliance, and reporting for UK landlords and property managers. Features may change as we improve the product. Access to specific features depends on your subscription plan.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and for maintaining appropriate access control to your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use LetLedger in any way that could harm other users or third parties.
Data and privacy

Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select at signup or upgrade. You can manage or cancel your billing in your account settings. Access may be limited to free-tier features if a payment is overdue. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. We may update, add, or discontinue features over time. Where a change materially affects how you use the service, we will provide reasonable notice.
