We use your data to provide rent tracking, compliance reminders, financial reporting, and advisor exports. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve the product, but this cannot be traced back to you.

Partner or advisor access is only granted when you explicitly invite someone, and can be revoked from your account at any time. We share data with third-party providers only where necessary to deliver the service — for example, payment processing or transactional email. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, audit logging, and multi-factor authentication options. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials secure. Report suspected account compromise to support immediately.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as otherwise needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request account deletion and data removal at any time where legally permitted. Some records may be retained for a limited period for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.
